I wouldn’t try to change it with a 4070 super because it isn’t the biggest pc case so from my experience I wouldn’t try either

Yes, you can upgrade to the 4070 super, just look up how to remove the 4060 drivers and install the 4070 super drivers from NVIDIA. Keep in mind, that this desktop comes with a 550 watt power supply, to upgrade to a 4070 super, you are recommended to upgrade to a 750 watt PSU. You could install a AIO for water cooling on the CPU, just be aware that the motherboard does not have USB 2.0 headers on the motherboard itself, you will have to use an adapter cable from a USB slot in the rear back into the tower to connect the AIO. Additionally, and maybe more importantly, be aware that LENOVO has used a cooler bracket on the back of the motherboard that has adhesive holding it in place. If your new cooler does not work with this bracket you will have to decide if you are willing to pry this off with heat and a spreader, potentially ruining your MB in the process. It can be done, just be aware. Stock fans should not be an issue as I think the connectors should be similar, however if they are higher powered fans, you may want to use a controller, which again, the motherboard has not USB headers, so you may need an additional adapter for that.
