This Lenovo Legion Y27q-20 Monitor can connect to a gaming console by either its 1 x HDMI 2.0 Version port or its 1 x DisplayPort 1.4 Version Port. We recommend you ask your grandson which type of monitor connection his gaming console uses. Ask him for the version number of the connection port on the gaming console as well.
