Hey H, This LOQ 15 features a 512GB SSD M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0x4 NVMe. Also, regarding adding another storage drive in the system's open M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 slot, you can expand whenever you'd like and use a drive of your choice. Since Lenovo doesn't offer their own internal drives as of yet, we don't have a direct recommendation but do long as the drive fits the slot and is a 4.0 x4 NVMe, you should get good performance with it.
