Hey Hiro, Open-box devices use Lenovo supplied components. Depending on the condition of the item, a power adapter may be supplied from another source. Also, the 1-year manufacturer warranty is in place for open-box items and are eligible for accidental damage protection with Best Buy and Geek Squad service options.
