• This is a Chromebook. It uses the Chrome Operating System, not Windows. The maximum RAM is 4GB. The 32GB solid state hard drive is not upgradable.

• Its not a mac or a windows, its a chromebook wgich is like a big tablet with a keyboard attached permanently and no steam games
