Hey, First, the Tab M9 does not support active pen input, but you can use a capacitive or passive stylus in place of your finger should you prefer this. Also, the Tab M9's USB-C port does support data transfer and its equipped with a microSD card slot. For your last question, you can install certain Microsoft Office apps via the Google Play Store.
