- Answer First off, I am not a gamer but I know a few. I would not classify this as a gaming machine, while it is good with graphics and very capable at streaming video, I don't think it would be up to the tasks involved with heavy gaming. Strong points are the 1TB of storage and 8MB, good graphics, makes a great internet terminal, productivity machine and streaming music and video device.

- Answer That will depend on the compatibility and requirements of the hardware. We recommend you check with the hardware manufacturer's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit operating system (Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost.) and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

- Answer Microsoft's official word is that Office 2007 and above are confirmed to be compatible, while older versions "are not certified compatible with Windows 10 but might work using compatibility mode." You can try using the 25-digit Product Activation Code that came with your Office 2003 software with the 30-day trial software of Microsoft Office 365 to activate the software. You do not need to install any additional software. Use the Office software already installed with Windows 10. If you have any issues, you should contact Microsoft directly. Try their Live Chat on their Office Software web site.

QuestionI down loaded a power point file which contained a video. When I played the video on the laptop, there was sound. I then hooked the laptop to a projector, there was a picture but no sound. What do I need to do to get sound with the video projection?
