Will sims 4 work on this laptop ? null

If you are referring to the sims game, yes, it will work on this laptop.

if you use origin then yes, windows does support origin, if you are referring to the cd game than no.

I'm afraid not, at least ot very well. None of my Steam library really runs with this thing.
