Can you play roblox on it? null

I purchased this Chromebook for my son and he is able to play Roblox on it. The only issue he has experienced is that the touch screen is disabled when playing Roblox. The touch screen on my daughter's Acer Chromebook works fine with Roblox.

No! You can technically use the google play store to play but you will lack a mouse in every game. Keep in mind even if you get an extra mouse for the laptop you still have no mouse in any game and trust me, it's extremely annoying.
