- Answer So long as the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 continues to have power, any pre-set alarms you have created will continue to sound without a WiFi connection.

- Answer There are now clock face display choices, you can select, that eliminate the zero in front of the 2 at 2PM.

- Answer Yes the wire goes directly to the unit. The dock is detachable and connects through the bottom of unit. Comes right off.

QuestionI’m having trouble unmuting the mic. When I slide the selector on the back to mute, it tells me it’s muted. When I slide it the other direction, it doesn’t say anything, still shows a mic with a slash through it, and doesn’t respond to voice input.

QuestionHow do I get a replacement since mine has failed after a month and a half. Wireless charging doesn't work any longer. Contact us on the Lenovo page takes you through an endless loop where you can't actually contact anyone.
