no it does not play videos. You can play music, there is no sleep option. You can set a routine though to stop music maybe.

Simply say something along the lines of "Okay Google Play NPR for 1 hour". The device will confirm your request by saying something like "Okay now playing National Public Radio for 1 hour before turning off" 2. No the USB port on the back of the Lenovo Smart Clock is for charging devices only.
