• Only when your in the same wifi. Just like all google home devices, you have to be home or on the same wifi to be able to control it. So, no you cant activate it when your at work.

• You cannot, but you can use the "broadcast" feature through the app on your phone. So you could do a verbal wake up call, if you'd like!

• No. The only way to set off a alarm is to set it for a specific time.
