• At the current time, you will not be able to have the Smart Clock announce the time on its own. However, you can get a read of the time by saying, "Hey Google! What time is it?". Your assistant will then verbally tell the time.

• Google learns to do new things everyday. It can do that if you like by simply asking google to do that, but at anytime you can simply say "hey Google, what time is it?" and it will recite the time.
