We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant. First try a restart of your Smart Clock. Unplug the Smart Clock and let stand, unplugged for 30-seconds. Plug the Smart Clock back in. The screen should display the Lenovo Logo after approximately 30-seconds and begin its startup process, ending with the normal clock face displayed, with the correct time showing. If this restart does not fix the screen issue, now try a factory reset of the Smart Clock. Hold down both the minus and plus buttons on the top of the Smart Clock for 20-seconds. A window should appear on the screen alerting you that you are about to reset your Smart Clock in 60-seconds. You can either press the cancel button are press the Reset button to begin the reset immediately. If you can not see the popup window on the screen, continue holding down the minus and plus buttons for 2-minutes. The Voice Assistant should alert you that the Smart Clock is resetting. Follow the Voice Assistant instructions. After the reset, the screen should now be visible. Follow the onscreen instructions to setup your Smart Clock again.
