• Hello, currently there is only one clock face that supports seconds and it is called the "contemporary clock" To enable this clock face press and hold in the center if your current clock face on the display for 2 seconds. Next swipe left (or right) and select the "contemporary" clock. If you need additional assistance please reach out to Lenovo Tech Support at 866-426-0911.

• As far as I can tell you cannot. There simply isn't enough room on the display to do so.
