• It resets when it reconnects to WIFI after an outage.

• The time is set thru the internet, When power returns and the smart clock connects to a wifi the time will be set automatically.

• Yes, it comes back on with the correct time. That is one of the reasons I love this little Smart Clock so much.

• The time doesn't get reset, but depending on how long the power was out, it may forget if you had a non-repeating alarm. Alarms set to routines I haven't had an issue with.
