- Answer The Smart Clock is designed to always be on, however it will dim when lights are off and adjust to the brightness of the room. It dims to not disturb you while you sleep and will not illuminate your room.

- Answer Turning off the router will make the clock nearly brain dead, not sure if alarm will go off without an internet connection.

QuestionI connected my smart clock through Google Home app this morning and it worked for a while. Then it lost the WiFi connection and didn’t respond to “Hey Google” so I reset it through Google Home. But now again, the clock works but it won’t respond. Why?

- Answer Hello Lori, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your Google Assistant responding. Please ensure that the microphone mute switch on the back of the device is not on. If this is not the case then we recommend unplugging it for 1-2 minutes. Plugging it back in, and allowing it to power on. If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911

- Answer Add Google Play store to the Kindle Fire. Lookup the steps on the internet and you will make the fire think it is a Google phone. Then you can run all the Google apps on the Fire.

- Answer You can try to modify the Good Morning routine inside the Google Home app. Set the last action to play whatever station you want. Then set your alarm to play the Good Morning routine after the alarm is stopped.

- Answer Hi Kim, Yes. You may set as many alarms as you would like. It sounds like you would benefit the most from using Google Family Bells with this device. With Family bells you can set titled notifications that will ring on the day and time you specify. The Google assistant will verbally read the title of the bell and visually display it on the 4" color touch display of the Smart Clock. To setup a family bell you will need the Google Assistant App on your Smart phone/tablet.
