“I connected my smart clock through Google Home app this morning and it worked for a while. Then it lost the WiFi connection and didn’t respond to “Hey Google” so I reset it through Google Home. But now again, the clock works but it won’t respond. Why?”

Hello Lori, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your Google Assistant responding. Please ensure that the microphone mute switch on the back of the device is not on. If this is not the case then we recommend unplugging it for 1-2 minutes. Plugging it back in, and allowing it to power on. If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds.
