Hi! Yes, currently the Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant supports Spanish. To change the default language of your google assistant please follow these steps.
1.	On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google app  .
2.	At the bottom right, tap More     Settings   Voice   Language.
3.	Choose a language.

Yes it does and other languages as well.

Yes, you will set everything up through the Google Assistant/Home app. If you have that set to Spanish, you will get Spanish.
