• Hello, thanks for your question No. This is a Google device and is not cross compatible with Amazon products like the Echo show. The Lenovo Smart Clock also does not have a camera. It can make voice calls. The Lenovo Smart Display 7" is capable of free Video calling with any smart smart device that has the Google Duo App installed.
