Docking stations that are thunderbolt 3 compatible will work. The main issue will any docking stations that are made specifically for Apple computers. Some of those will be thunderbolt 3 but not PC compatible. Any docks listed as thunderbolt 3 and PC compatible will work. USB-C docks will also work as long as they have been tested with Windows.
