It depends on what you mean by support. I'm not aware that they offer a support service. For the best support, you should engage the Geek Squad at extra cost. You should find that you can get a lot of support from Google interaction. When you are learning your tablet, have your laptop connected to Google and go back and forth. For complicated questions like "what printers does Andriod support" you'd probably get as good an answer from Google as anywhere. In our case, our Brother color laser came right up through the wireless connection. For hardware issues, tablets are not normally considered repairable. (Yes, there are Google instructions for battery replacement for the brave) so if there is a question as to whether the Lenovo is operating correctly, it would probably go through the Geek squad, or Best Buy would just replace it if in warranty.
