Hi, emilaz. The Tab M9 does not need a SIM card, as it does not support this hardware. The ejector tool is to access the microSD card tray for storage expansion. You can add up to 512gb of storage for songs, movies, books, etc. Sorry I can't help with the Chinese language, I'd try doing a factory reset on it if you can figure out how to get there in the menus.
