This is a known bug of the P12 Pro. Be sure to recharge the tablet if you cannot feel it working/vibrating with the black screen. You can fix it by holding the power button and volume + buttons to force the tablet to reboot. At the boot, the Lenovo logo will appear and tablet will work properly until the next time this happens. Lenovo has not provided a fix or patch to fix this to date.
