“Can apps be transferred to the sd card, or is the sd card only for pics, vids, audio files?”

• If you set the SD card up as internal storage, then it will save apps to it. If you choose to set it up as a removable transfer card, then no, it will only save data to it. You can also check it in the App manager. There are apps in the playstore that do allow you to use the card to set up on, but it varies app to app.

• Download APPS2SD from the play store, there is a free version. It transfers apps to your SD card, as the name suggests.

• You can transfer apps to the a SD card if you want on the Tab 4, 10.1" along with all of the other files. When you insert the SD card you will be prompted to decide how to use the extra storage. We recommend using FAT and exFAT cards.( supports up to a 128GB card)
