Will this machine handle Windows 10? null

You will need to check with Microsoft about upgrading the Windows 7 Pro operating system to Windows 10.

We run Windows 10 Pro on all of our Lenovo P50 Laptops. We did add a SSD to most of our units but that is a because we had spares laying around.
