“I bought this monitor, plugged it in to my laptop, and it will only stay in sleep mode or off. I tried to download the driver, to no avail. Has this happened to anyone? Was it plug and play for you? Lenovo customer service not helpful.”

Be sure that the computer you are trying to connect this ThinkVision M14 USB-c Portable Monitor to, has a USB-c port with video out capability. Nor all USB-c ports have video out capability. We recommend you check with your computer manufacturer's web site for the specifications of the USB-c port on your computer. Be sure your computer has video out capability through its USB-c port.
