• I do not think it has a backlit keyboard. The one that I purchased didn't come with that option.

• there is a button on the side above the on/off button...it is about 2/3's the way up....good luck...it is there!!!

• this laptop doesn't have the backlit light features, like higher Lenovo models, or Macbook Pro or Air. Watch out the specs clearly.

• this back lit keyboard is very good and enjoy the way it is standing and accomodate the laptop. The help to reduce the tension of the neck ache and very easy to see the wording in the computer
