You will have to define light gaming. I have installed CIV IV and CIV V and both work well on the high end. Total War 2 Rome however required a bit of a sacrifice in video quality to make it run smoothly. Heroes of Might and Magic V also required some sacrifice in video quality in order to play it smoothly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, for the most part. I've installed Game Dev Tycoon, Trackmania and Minecraft on it. I played with the Minecraft settings and got it to be moderate performance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure how you define "light gaming" but I think the 4GB of RAM is likely to be a problem. The display is adequate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't do a lot of high graphic gaming, but for regular games that i do, it works great
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no not really. its good for Facebook and youtube and school and work and daily things but i wouldn't use it for gaming at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.App gaming is fine. It's not geared up for a gaming system. You would need a better processor, one of the I-7 quad core with 8 threads, probably 12mb of memory and a 1TB hard drive. Also, I would make sure it has a dedicated video chipset instead of using the CPU video. Opt for the 1080p scree (1920x1080). That is my recommendation if you are a heavy gamer.
