Try a soft reset by holding the power button for more than 10 seconds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem with my All-in_One, it was the power cord, I had to replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This could be any number of things. 1) Power button not fully connected to motherboard. 2) Motherboard fried. 3) Hard drive fried. 4) RAM fried. My recommendation would be to take it into wherever you bought it and see if they can look at it and maybe exchange it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Like all windows computers, try pressing and holding the ON button. Select to start-up in SAFE mode. After start-up, shutdown normally using the menus, then restart normally. Sometimes windows computers hang on start-up because of being shutdown improperly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It may be in deep sleep with no charge. Check the power connections-- mine are very tight, especially where the power cord attaches to the supply box, and if not pressed hard in are not really charging the laptop. Make sure all are tight, then hold the power button a minute or so to force a shut down, let it charge a bit, then restart it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
