Try 2048x1152 resolution with "make text and other items larger or smaller" set to 125%. I don't have WebEx, but haven't had trouble with any programs at that resolution.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Change the resolution to 1600 x 900. It's still super crisp. Right click on the empty desktop, choose "Screen Resolution," and make the change. I have a friend who uses an even lower screen resolution and says it still looks great. But I use the one I mentioned.
