I have had my laptop for almost a year now and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. I have also never heard of anyone else having any problems. Seems like you need a replacement outside of India.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure BestBuy is not answering this question. But I'm sure you must use what's left of the Lenovo warranty. Best Buy will only swap for a new one within 15 days unless you bought their extended warranty.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, Best Buy is aware that Lenovo has disk errors on all its pcs, this product has the lowest manufacturing quality I've ever seen in my entire life. Hold Best Buy accountable to give you a full refund
