“Does this product come with Windows 10 or 8.1? One of my friend got windows 10 even though it was mentioned as 8.1 in the specs.”

• It came with 8.1 and the upgrade to 10 is free and very easy.

• It comes with Windows 8.1 and has the availability to upgrade to Windows 10 at your convenience. I would not do that yet, however. I upgraded and really had some problems. I reverted back to 8.1 and will update to 10 again after some of the bugs have been fixed, maybe in October.

• The computer comes with Windows 8.1, but when you log into your microsoft account upon initial startup, it will ask permission to download Windows 10 instead. 10 is free, and an easier userface when you're using it as a laptop; it reverts to a generally 8.1 setup when you enter tablet mode.

• Mine came with Windows 8.1, but I upgraded to Windows 10 as soon as I got home from the store. Free upgrade.
