I had the same network problem after the new Windows 10 10586 update. I downloaded new drivers for Wifi chipset from Broadcom. The one on Lenovo's website is old and was causing network issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I posted a couple of days ago regarding the same issues, and have since taken it in to Best Buy. First, Lenovo requires that laptops be sent back to them for repairs if it is more than 15 days after the purchase. Since practically everyone will be outside the 15 day limit, you can expect to be without your PC for a while. I pretty much threw a hissy fit at my Best Buy when they told me it could be 2 or 3 weeks before I would get my notebook back. They tried to appease me by sending it to Lenovo via priority delivery, so it arrived there within 1 day. That was on Monday. I have already received notification that it is fixed and on its way back. It is a part that needed to be replaced having to do with the touch screen. If you are having this issue, take it in to Best Buy and let them send it to Lenovo. Looks like they are very aware of the issue as they fixed it so quickly. The thing that bugs me is...if they are aware of the issue, why aren't they just letting Best Buy fix it and saving their customers the aggravation of the wait time for the repair? Better yet, do a recall so that everyone can get the fix and the issue is resolved for good.
Sorry, there was a problem. I too have the internet drop and screen bubble issues, along with the screen zooming in and out by itself, jumping to a different internet tab, as well as actually adding an item to my shopping cart on a website all by itself! It just acted up again tonight and I shot a video of the screen doing all it's weird stuff with my smart phone. I'm going to take the PC and the video in to the store tomorrow and show them. I'll update when I get back from the store and let you all know what happened. Maybe we can all get this resolved.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have experienced the wifi issues and it is a big problem for me. I have yet to find a solution. When I run a series of pings, they will periodically time out or have longer than usual latency. It seems the problem may not exist on 5Mhz, but I am still testing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like the issue my daughter is having with hers. She took it in to Geeksquad. They couldn't duplicate it. She was told that she would have to leave her computer with them for about 72 hours. With school and all, that's not an option at this time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I definitely have issues with the internet dropping, especially when in sleep and then on again
