There is a major mismatch with Graphics Driver, WiFi Driver and Windows 10. Cannot handle web pages with Graphics and internet constantly keeps dropping. Please update these to avoid a lot of pain.

My daughter bought this computer for college. Opened it to start her first assignment and it had a bug if some sort called Ghosting....it looks like someone is taking over the keyboard and the screen is opening diff tabs and windows. We returned it cuz it was unusable ( she was in tears as she couldn't get her assignments done). Got a Mac instead I wish the clerk had informed us of this known bug. Had to drive 400 miles to bring her a new computer. Huge inconvenience. But Best Buy did the right thing and refunded her money.

I bought this after returning the Lenovo Flex 3. I couldn't be happier. Everything is much faster.
Pros:
Backlit keyboard is awesome and I enjoy using it (Typing is smooth)
Windows 10 is great
On/off is very fast
Bluetooth is sweet
No problems with the Touchpad but I am still using a Microsoft Bluetooth Arc mouse
Cons:
Battery life isn't spectacular - maybe 4 hours (on a good day)
I have had some difficulties attaching to known wireless networks (but only on public domains)
All in all I am pleased with my Lenovo Yoga 3. Well done Lenovo and Best Buy!

Great lightweight laptop with 2 in 1 compatibility. Love the touch screen, flexibility, and the speed of this laptop. Have had some minor issues with the driver and sometimes the touch screen not working, but for the most part am fairly satisfied with this purchase and excited to continue using and learning more about my Lenovo device.

Pros: This laptop is great. I am a student and I was in need for a portable laptop to fit with my everyday needs. It is light, I love the touchscreen and the tablet mode for reading articles and books, the battery life is amazing.
Cons: Since I carry this laptop to school everyday, I prefer not to bring a mice because it is a hustle with all the cables in my backpack. The trackpad is not comfortable because its size and the position makes it impossible not to touch it with your palm while you're typing. Also, when I am trying to scroll down using two fingers, sometimes it produces a undefined swift scroll all the way to the end of the page.
Overall I am pleased so far with this purchase. It is my first time purchasing a Lenovo laptop. My last laptop was a Sony Vaio - great performance and durability, bad battery life.

Gorgeous, Great Specs, and a Great Price

I went into the store with tunnel vision for the Dell XPS 13, I had read all about it, I loved the look, the specs (specifically the SSD, i5 processor, and 1920 X 1080 screen resolution) the only thing I didn't love was the price. Luckily, I voiced this to the sales rep and he pointed me to this. The - Lenovo Yoga 3 14, and I fell in love. It is gorgeous, it has the same specs that I loved, and it was more than a couple hundred dollars cheaper. I didn't really want a touch screen model but I don't think lenovo makes a non-touch screen but this was fine with me, I don't really use it but it's not like it gets in the way. Also I should mention that I don't intend on using this as a tablet, I wanted a laptop and I got a laptop.
My only complaints are that the bottom gets a little warm (nothing compared to my dinosaur dell though) and Windows 10, but I have a feeling that I'll just have to get used to it.

This yoga 3 (2 in 1) turned out to be a great buy! The good: it is really fast booting up and shuting down (I love the flash drive). I also like the fact in came with Windows 10. This is a major improvement from that 8 or 8.1 nightmare. I use this computer mostly for college (a lot of microsoft office) and some fun, apps and games for my daughter in tablet mode. It is an overall great purchase.....very sturdy....I was impressed with the hinges. The not so good: It was a bit heavier than I was expecting, but not terrible. It was defintely lighter than my 8 year old laptop (dinosaur!) I never had a problem with heat (overheating) nor the fan coming on...but the touch screen sometimes goes crazy on me. This is my only concern and if it keeps up, I will have to contact lenovo or take it in to Best Buy. I highly doubt it is a software issue. I will be typing a paper, looking on the internet, etc... and all of a sudden it looks like someone is touching the screen in a bunch of places.....but no one is touching it! it opens things up because of this, closes things, makes adjustments to settings and it .....just goes crazy.... It doesn't happen often, maybe once a week? But still, if Best Buy or lenovo could fix this (or replace) it... there would be no problems or complaints about this machine. It was my first experience with Lenovo and buying at Best Buy. So far, a great experience (except for the touch screen issue).

I replaced my 6yr old dell with the Lenovo yoga and it is obviously a big improvement. I love how fast it is. Complaints I do have could be that I'm now use to it yet. When magnifying the screen, there is sometimes a lag and then it goes from one extreme to another. When typing, it will jump in my text from my lightly touching mouse. Other than that it has been a great lap top thus far. Battery is great!!!

In general this laptop is good, just my number 5 key is lose and there is ghost touch(you can download the patch program from Lenovo if you have this problem). Sometime the screen color will change to yellow, but that is one of the reading function (you can press fn+esc to turn off). The advantage is very light weight for school and long battery time, also super fast for homework.

I'm still getting use to Windows 10 and I'm sure I have no idea of what this computer is capable of, but it's light weight and easy to use. The only problem I keep having is the internet connection. I'm not sure if its the internet where I use the computer (3 places) or if it could be the computer. I plan on meeting with the geek squad to iron out this problem.

I am really liking everything about this laptop so far. It is very easy navigating Windows 10, and I really haven't had a problem running any software. It does not come with a CD drive, so I did have to purchase an external one, but because there are 3 USB ports, that really isn't an issue.
The tablet mode is a cool feature, but I'm honestly not too sure how much I will use it because it feels very large in your hands if you don't have something higher to set it on in your lap. I also am a bit concerned that the keyboard is fully exposed while it is in tablet mode; I wish they would have developed a sliding cover or something for that part of the laptop to protect the keyboard. The keys are locked to not function, but they still feel like they could be very easy to damage. It's odd not holding on to a flat surface when using it as a tablet.
The battery life is great and I am very happy overall with this purchase. I would definitely tell you to check this laptop out!

I wanted a solid state drive for better portability and quieter cooler operation and it delivers both. It has good speed and features for the price range. The screen is sharp and I like the touch screen. I'm a long time MAC user but needed a windows machine for some specific software and this fit my price range. It has good battery life which I really appreciate. I love the soft feel of the finish on the outside and the nice brushed steel inside. Nice and thin and not too heavy. The keyboard has a nice feel but I prefer dished keys. The flat keys make it harder to maintain a home position and the backspace and right hand shift keys are a bit small and hard to find. I'm getting used to it but some of these are harder to find accurately. I assume this is to facilitate the tablet mode when folding screen backwards since it now rests on the keyboard side. The keys are recessed so it won't rest on the keys. I'm happy with my purchase. It has a quality look and feel to it.

I brought this laptop three months back for school after my friend suggested to go with SSD. It is fast, lightweight and easy to carry. I had a BSOD scare as mentioned by others and had to update my drivers to fix it. Apart from that, the performance is good till now.

The computer is, for the most part, awesome but my older laptop showed 4 bars from the home Wi-Fi. This one shows one and occasionally needs to troubleshoot the connection. That is the only drawback. If the router is close by probably no problem at all. Other than that it is very fast, and very light.

I needed a school computer and this has worked perfect for me. The touch screen makes everything easier to get to and the computer is extremely fast. The only thing I didn't like was the keyboard. It felt small and it was hard to type at first but you get used to it .

I have had my Lenovo 3 for about two months now and am extremely pleased with it so far. My biggest concern was the screen size (downsizing from a 15in) but I adjusted very quickly and the high resolution is great. I originally tried the Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series, but I found the keyboard awkward (missing the last row of home/end keys) and the design was that of a Mac. I found this keyboard more responsive and the keys are easy to type with and have that last row which I use often. I am excited to use the touchscreen more, and definitely appreciate the lighter weight of the 3-in-1 as well as the flexibility being able to use it on a desk, couch or on the move.

This is my first 2 in 1 and I am pleased with it so far. Plenty fast for what I need, I came from an i7 to this i5 and haven't really noticed. Great for watching streaming shows, I also love the keyboard. The only thing is the screen brightness is lacking. Mine is maxed out and it still needs to be brighter.

Like many students I prefer to tote my laptop with me to classes. I chose the Yoga due to its exceptional battery life and its light design. I did not initially care about the potential for using it as a tablet. However, while traveling by plane, the person in front of me moved their seat back making it difficult to use the laptop in its standard position. I found tent and tablet mode to be very useful. My only complaints are the micro-usb port for HDMI - I have not found a converter that works well - it seems to fall out. I wish Lenovo would sell a converter made especially for the Yoga. The other complaint is that I do frequently need to restart to get the Wi-Fi networking to kick in. These are not deal breakers. I would buy another Yoga in a heartbeat!
