Same warranty as new box, I always make sure everything is in working condition and with in the returnable time just in case.

You'll have 15 days standard, 30 days for elite members and 45 days for elite plus members to return a product that does not meet your expectations. Geek Squad's certified products are, however unique in that they are very much new products, so some of the concerns you may have when purchasing open-box units shouldn't be the same for Geek Squad Certified products. They go through scrutiny and careful consideration before receiving their badges of Geek Squad Certified.
