We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty getting the built in, Dual Array Microphones to work within your Lenovo Yoga 7i 14, model number 82BH00DMUS. First be sure that the microphones are off mute. Tap the Hotkey at the F4 position on your keyboard to be sure the microphones are turned on. Also be sure the system audio volume is turned up to a level that you can hear by tapping the volume up Hotkey at the F3 position on your keyboard. Now you can test the functionality of the Dual Microphones by using the Audio Recorder APP within Windows 11. Here is a link to instructions for using the audio recorder APP within Windows 11: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-use-voice-recorder-6fbb53d5-0539-abda-a9a4-0bcb84a778e7. If you are able to record and playback audio, your microphones are functioning properly. If you continue to have issues with the microphones while using a 3rd party conferencing APP, check your microphone settings within the APP as the APP also has control of the microphone functionality as well as your computer.
