• Yes, it does run Win 10 and comes pre-installed. There is no CD drive. You can easily buy an external one for cheap.

• There's no cd disk drawer. Windows 10 is on the laptop but you'll still have to subscribe. I think you get 7 days or something without an active key.

• Yes, this system comes with Windows 10 Home. No, there is no CD/DVD reader-writer on this system, but you can use an external CD/DVD reader-writer by plugging in to one of the USB ports.
