• I have had my Lenovo for about a month. I noticed that it gets hot within 15 minutes but only on the bottom near the hinge. I don't think its cooling system is sufficient. I have not noticed it being noisy so I would have to say it is very quiet.

• At this time (had only about a month) not any warmer than previous laptop...is more warm than a tablet..

• Have not had an overheating problem. After two years I did buy a cooling fan just in case.
