“I can't find a way to use an important shortcut in excel or chrome on this laptop - switching between tabs using the keyboard. Ordinarily the shortcut is ctrl + page down/up, but I'm having trouble getting it to work. Has anyone had a similar problem?”

• I do have trouble with chrome my mouse arrow on the screen wont show up on the screen when using the touch pad
