There are multiple people asking this same question. The reason you are seeing two different answers is that both answers apply. The "No its not upgradable" answer is if you want to upgrade the RAM yourself without voiding the warranty. The RAM is soldered to the motherboard and any attempt to upgrade this yourself will void your warranty, hence the answer that No, its not upgradable. It sounds like any attempt to take the case apart for upgrades will void the factory warranty. The other answer that you see is "Yes, upgradable by qualified professional" which refers to you taking the computer to presumably Geek Squad/Best Buy and paying them to take the computer apart and perform the upgrade, hence the answer that Yes, it is upgradable. Therefore both answers could be correct.
