I'm having the same issue, I'm resetting and restarting everything fresh to see if that helps otherwise I have to take it to geek squad and see if they can figure it out otherwise I'm screwed and have to send it back, sucks cause they aren't on sale anymore so getting a different one is goiing to cost me more money than I spent.

Returned computer to Best Buy. After this happened to me, I remembered the display one at Riverside, CA Best Buy was doing this also. Great little computer if not for this issue, Buyer Beware!

Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point.
