• Only if the portable charger is compatible with this model. It uses a USB-c charger with Output:5V-3A or 9V-3A or 15V-3A or 20V-2.25A 45W Input:100-240V 50-60Hz .

• I have USB portable charger but the plug in from this computer is different. Not sure there is converter for this plug in but didn't try.
