- Answer If you are referring to the onscreen keyboard, there is a keyboard icon at the bottom right of your Windows 10 screen, click/touch the keyboard icon to display the onscreen keyboard. If for some reason the keyboard icon is not on the bottom right of your Windows 10 screen, click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "Onscreen keyboard" in the search window then select Onscreen keyboard from the list.

- Answer There is a web cam on this laptop that will allow you to take still photos and record videos with the laptop. - Answer No, you will need adapter to connect this device to an HDMI device and to ethernet. This system has a Thunderbolt 3.1 port that carries HD audio and video and with an adapter, you can connect to an HDMI port. Additionally, you can use a USB to ethernet adapter to connect to ethernet.

QuestionI have a 4k monitor. It says the resolution on the laptop is 1920x1080. Although if I connect to the 4k monitor will I be able to view my screen at 3840x2160? This is how my older windows 7 laptop works as the pixels are doubled on the display.

- Answer The maximum resolution this device can support is 1920 x 1080p. You will need to adjust down the native resolution of the monitor.

- Answer Yes. I was reluctant at first about purchasing an Open Box. Sales rep explained that it was completely tested after being returned, plus if, after two weeks, I was not satisfied with my purchased it could be returned. I put it through all "my tests" and it performed beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. You might want to try it, too.

QuestionI got the Yoga 720 and the Flex 5. Why is the 720 wifi connection, on my home network, only half as stable as the Flex 5. Both have exact same configurations and wifi adapters. Flex 5 is stable throughout the house. 720 is weaker further from the router.

- Answer Sounds like the Wireless LAN drivers on the Yoga 720 may need to be updated. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. - Answer Thanks for your answer “Lenovo Product Expert”, but the lone review there on Amazon (a one star review) says about that charger, “It is very unreliable, many times it just will not charge. I have gone to Lenovo and got one of theirs.” Naturally, that leads me to wonder.

QuestionI can't seem to boot to USB to install a new copy of Windows 10. I've researched various forums and community, came across https://superuser.com/questions/507111/if-usb-is-not-listed-in-bios-as-a-boot-option-does-that-mean-the-machine-cant, to no avail?

- Answer Please study the Lenovo manual for exact details. But here is the short version. Little pin hole on the side of the of the 2 USB-C 3.1 ports is the lenovo bios boot button. If barely fits a 0.5mm lead pencil tip, but press gentlely and you can access the bios from there.

QuestionI got a new Yoga 720 (13 in). When the battery is 100% charged, moving the mouse on the battery icon shows just less than 4 h battery. Is that normal? I understand that the battery life depends on the usage but I thought it'd normally last at least 5h!

- Answer I don't think that is very normal. I have this product, and when I hover my mouse over the battery, it shows over 5 hours and I'm at less than 80% battery. Maybe get the battery checked, or see how long the battery actually takes to die.
