• Dear Lenovo Support, Is it the PD 3.0 that makes it "required" or is there some firmware in the charger that makes it proprietary? Specifically, can she get another adapter that is 65W, PD 3.0, USB C, and have it also work? Thank you

• Hello Lenovo support, Thank you for the answer, disappointing as it may be, since my daughter left the charger at school for the Christmas holidays. I assume it will come back to life when she returns next month and plugs it in again? Regards
