Yes the keyboard is lighted....to turn it off and on you need to hold down the Fn key (btw the Ctrl and windows key) and tap the space bar. First tap on mine illuminates the keyboard normal and the 2nd tap makes it brighter and the 3rd tap turns of the backlight, Hope that helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try pressing on the Fn key on the lower left of the keyboard and pressing on the "rising sun" on the left end space bar at the same time. There are two levels of brightness, chose the one you want. Press three time turns it off
