• What is a USB-HDMI? Those are two different cables. All you need is a HDMI cable.

• This laptop has an HDMI port so just use an HDMI cord. If that's not working check the HDR settings on your TV and laptop. If HDR is on with the laptop and disabled (or not equipped) on the TV, you'll either need to turn HDR on the TV or off on the laptop in display settings.
