QuestionI bought it last month at BB. Like it except the screen display fades in and out i.e. lightens and darkens buy itself. Can't stop it from happening. Is this a issue with Windows home or a problem with the laptop. Can this be fixed or do I have or return

- Answer Not sure but there is a stylis pen that can be purchased for this laptop. I've had Apple products before but there usually isn't compatibility with plugins (dvd player for example) so I would guess an Apple pencil wouldn't work.

- Answer If you know your way around installing operating systems then installing almost any Windows OS on any Windows based computer is possible. I will not be installing a different OS on this new laptop because its working fine with Windows 11 but I imagine downgrading is very possible. If you're looking for an easy downgrade option within this laptop's preinstalled OS then that's a totally different question but with some googling Im sure it can he done.
