- Answer Call best buy and look at the menu in the display to make sure it is taking information from the right port....You are using a DCIM cable right ??? and select the F7 function key to make sure the laptop is powering a second monitor.

- Answer Have you tried: Press the function key and spacebar to toggle the brightness of the keyboard backlight? One tap is for low brightness, two is higher, and the third turns the light off. That works for me.

QuestionFor some reason my keyboard backlight will not come on automatically after it goes to sleep or if I reboot it. I check the setting in Lenovo Advantage and it shows the keyboard set to high. Only way to get it back on is to select the on button again.

- Answer That is correct. To conserve power, after 20-seconds of inactivity to the keyboard or touchpad, or if the Yoga 7i 16 enters Mode Mode or is powered off/rebooted, you will need to reactivate the keyboard backlight. To do this, hold down the Fn Key and tap the Spacebar: Once to turn on the backlight, twice to increase the backlight intensity and three times to turn off the backlight.
