“I am trying to connect my second montor to my lenovo yoga laptop wich has a Intel Arc A370M vidio card but display is not detected, display is powered and on, all the cables are securely connected. please help.”

Call best buy and look at the menu in the display to make sure it is taking information from the right port....You are using a DCIM cable right ??? and select the F7 function key to make sure the laptop is powering a second monitor.

If you are having an issue with that connection we recommend contacting your monitor's manufacturer to see their recommend specs and ability to work with those connections and Windows 11.
